Process to Open a Jiyyo Mitra e-Clinic
Eligibility
कौन ले सकता है?
If you are running a Medical Store, an existing Clinic, or want to start a new Clinic — you are eligible to upgrade with Jiyyo Mitra e-Clinic.
अगर आपका मेडिकल स्टोर है, क्लिनिक है, या नई क्लिनिक खोलना चाहते हैं — तो आप Jiyyo Mitra e-Clinic के लिए बिल्कुल सही हैं।
Documents Required
क्या-क्या चाहिए?
Any valid health certificate (Pharmacy / AYUSH / GNM / DMLT or any other health qualification). KYC: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card & Passport-size Photo.
कोई भी हेल्थ सर्टिफिकेट (Pharmacy / AYUSH / GNM / DMLT या कोई और)। साथ में KYC के लिए: आधार कार्ड, PAN कार्ड और पासपोर्ट फोटो।
Monthly Condition
हर महीने क्या करना है?
All services accessible monthly upon purchase of Rs 4,500+ worth of medicines.
हर महीने कम से कम ₹4,500 की दवाइयाँ खरीदनी होंगी — बस इतना ही, सारी सर्विसेज़ मिलती रहेंगी।
Booking Amount
पैसे कितने लगेंगे?
Pay Rs 1,000 now. The remaining Rs 3,500 collected as Cash on Delivery (COD) on your first order.
अभी सिर्फ ₹1000 दें। बाकी ₹3500 पहली डिलीवरी के वक्त कैश ऑन डिलीवरी में दे सकते हैं।

डिलीवरी हो जाने के बाद आपका Jiyyo Health Partner अकाउंट चालू हो जाएगा और ऑनलाइन ट्रेनिंग के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
